Start in the morning on the first day, and drink one juice every few hours.
Suggested order: green juice, LAM, green juice, spicy lemonade, CAR, and almond milk. Green Juice – celery, cucumber, large green apples, kale, spinach, parsley, and lemon LAM – large green apples, lemon, and mint CAR – large green apples, beets, carrots, ginger, and lemon
Here was my approximate schedule: 7 am – green juice
9-10 am – LAM *Spicy lemonade*
12 pm – green juice *Spicy lemonade*
4 pm – CAR
6-7 pm – Almond milk- can be warmed up or you can add a little protein powder, chia seeds or flax seeds and blend it to add more sustenance
*Spicy Lemonade* You can drink this between juices all three days. Some people find the cayenne intense so feel free to drink green tea or lemon and water instead. I have you guys make this because of the intensity of the cayenne…this way you can use a little or a lot. We did not make the spicy lemonade is because you can vary the level of Cayenne pepper or you can just drink lemon water if you can't tolerate the cayenne pepper.
Recipe is 16 ounces of water, lemon juice, a few dashes of cayenne pepper and some agave or honey
General Advice….drink lots of water, no alcohol, (I personally drink coffee but use an almond milk or soy milk creamer) and understand that the first day is the hardest.
